Please note that I work with a limited number of consultations each month so that I can dedicate enough time to my coaching clients.
The consultation is an online conversation about how you communicate at work.
For example, we may look at how you present ideas, participate in meetings, or handle important conversations.
Typical situations include:
preparing an important presentation or pitch
explaining your ideas clearly in meetings
presenting complex topics to colleagues or stakeholders
improving your presence and credibility when speaking
Some people also want support in organizing a message for an important presentation or decision meeting, or in working on voice, body language, and delivery. In addition, the conversation can help clarify what kind of support would be most useful.
During the consultation, we look briefly at your professional context, clarify what you would like to improve, and identify the main communication challenge you are facing.
The goal of the conversation is clarity.
After the consultation, you can decide whether you would like to continue with coaching.
Sometimes one session is enough to prepare for an upcoming presentation, pitch, or important meeting.
In other situations, it may be useful to start a short coaching process focused on a specific communication goal.
The consultation helps you understand whether working together would be useful and what the next step could be.
If you decide to continue, coaching sessions can take place online or in person in Berlin.

I am Carlo Loiudice, a communication coach and professional actor with more than 30 years of stage experience.
Alongside my acting career, I work with professionals, researchers, managers, founders, and teams who want to communicate with more clarity, credibility, and presence.
My coaching integrates methods developed through many years of acting practice. In particular, the work focuses on message structure, voice and delivery, and body language and presence.

Yes. The consultation is free and lasts about 15 minutes.
The consultation can be used to discuss individual coaching or training for teams and organizations.
Yes. If your company supports professional development, the coaching can usually be invoiced directly to the company. Many professionals use learning or development budgets provided by their organization. In Germany, some professionals also use training benefits such as professional development budgets or Bildungsurlaub, depending on their employer's policy.
