Authentic Speaker Practice
A communication approach combining coaching, acting techniques and guided practice to help you speak with greater intention, authority and presence.
When speaking well is no longer enough
Many people come to me after already trying to improve how they communicate. They have read, studied and observed other speakers. They may prepare their content and slides carefully.
Yet when they begin to speak, something does not fully hold together. Their voice loses strength, their body tenses, their delivery becomes flat, or the audience’s attention begins to fade.
The issue is not only what to say. It is how you stay present while you speak, with your voice, body and intention aligned.
Public speaking and authenticity: what really gets in the way
Work on communication often stops at technical advice or standard formulas. The focus is placed on structure, the right words and a few public speaking rules. On their own, however, these are not enough.
When communication becomes too constructed, people notice. The message lands with less force, presence weakens and authority begins to feel strained.
That is why the aim is not to look confident.
The aim is to become more grounded, more readable and more credible when you speak, without losing your natural style.
Communication with authority: what changes in practice
When the work is done well, the change becomes visible in real situations: presentations, meetings, pitches and high-stakes moments.
You speak with greater direction. You manage attention, rhythm and intention more effectively. Your audience perceives greater clarity, presence and reliability.
This is not about performing a better version of yourself. It is about finding a way of communicating that remains natural while becoming more precise and effective.
This is where the method becomes useful: it brings technique into real situations, without turning communication into an artificial performance.
From acting to coaching: the Authentic Speaker Practice approach
Authentic Speaker Practice represents my approach to communication.
It combines coaching and acting techniques, with a focus on public speaking, guided practice and progressive feedback.
This work is structured around three key elements: intention, authority, and engagement.
The goal is to develop an assertive and credible communication style that can capture people’s attention.
In practice:
- message structure
- voice, body and presence
- the relationship with your audience
I do not create performances for you to replicate. I work on how you communicate when the pressure rises.
The approach stays close to the person, the context and the way words need to work in real life.
Where to begin working on your communication
The starting point is to identify the situations in which your communication currently loses strength, precision or impact.
From there, we will build focused, practical work calibrated to you and the professional context in which you operate.
The method can become the foundation for one-to-one public speaking coaching, available online worldwide, or corporate communication training, delivered in person across Berlin or online worldwide, depending on your goals and context.
